The customer has to be 18 years old.

The customer has to register into Luxonia to be able to make an order. When registering, the customer must provide his or her name, street address, e-mail address and telephone number. Customer information is not submitted outside Luxonia. A binding purchase is made when Luxonia has confirmed the order. The confirmation is sent to customer via e-mail.

The customer has the right to return products purchased from Luxonia within 14 days. The time for returning the products starts when the customer receives his or her purchase. The purchase price is returned to the customer within 30 days from the date Luxonia has received and inspected the product. If the product has not yet been shipped to the customer when the customer cancels an order, the maximum 30 days are counted from the date the seller receives the cancellation from the customer. A cancellation can be made via e-mail to luxonia@gmail.com. Note that for international orders, any taxes or duties assessed by customs will be the responsibility of the customer. Luxonia does not take responsibility of shipments lost by post.

In Europe the order is shipped in Priority Mail. Outside Europe the most economical shipping method is used.
